For this 14.85 acre commercial and industrial development, the firm engineered a complete stormwater management system incorporating dry and wet retention, swales, storm pipes, control structures, and a perimeter berm to protect adjacent FDOT right of way. Their hydrologic and hydraulic modeling demonstrated significant reductions in peak discharge rates, lowering the 100 year, 1 hour outfall from 6.42 cfs in existing conditions to 2.05 cfs post development while meeting all FDOT, SFWMD, and Lee County requirements. The project showcases their expertise in nutrient loading analysis, regulatory permitting, and designing systems that improve onsite drainage and avoid adverse impacts to surrounding wetlands and transportation infrastructure.

This project involved expanding an existing medical office and redesigning the entire site layout to meet updated zoning, parking, ADA, and utility requirements in Cape Coral’s South Cape District. The engineering team delivered a comprehensive civil package including erosion control, new dry retention areas, full paving and grading redesign, utility coordination, ADA-accessible sidewalk and parking improvements, and integration with existing alley and roadway elevations. The result is a modernized medical facility footprint supported by efficient drainage systems, compliant site circulation, and a clean redevelopment of outdated impervious areas.

This project involved designing a fully engineered roadway entrance connection to SR 78 in North Fort Myers, including milling, resurfacing, curb replacement, new sidewalk construction, and ADA-compliant pedestrian features. The scope also required a complete drainage upgrade consisting of new Type E inlets, reinforced concrete pipe, trench drains, stabilized subgrade, and FDOT-compliant stormwater controls to ensure safe, efficient site access for heavy truck traffic. These plans demonstrate the firm’s expertise in FDOT permitting, roadway design, complex utility coordination, and integrating commercial site operations with state-maintained transportation infrastructure.

This project delivered a full civil engineering design for a new commercial development, including site grading, paving, parking layout, utility connections, and stormwater management features. The plans incorporate ADA-compliant sidewalks, updated driveways, drainage inlets, reinforced concrete pipe, and a dry retention system designed to meet local code requirements while protecting adjacent properties from runoff impacts. The engineering team demonstrated strong capability in site optimization, regulatory compliance, and creating efficient circulation and drainage solutions for compact commercial parcels.
